That's my walking speed
you’ve no idea how helpful this will be in the near future (she is making. games)
Jiggle physics
I am a rower from the university of Hong Kong and I am very interested with the application of tracker and the excel of rowing mechanics , where can I get this excel
voice is kina hot tbh
10 ks an hour for sure
Goal is 5km in 30mins sigh
Well.... I'm going to need a faster TM. Huge thanks for the demonstration.
Yeah I also thought so. Wanted to buy a fitness running machine that's affordable, they all say untill 10km per hour. That's just literally my walking speed. Waaaay too slow. I'll have to look for the more expensive ones
Needed to watch for Dyno beta
Ggff
Now do that uphill
can i get the file , please , i need it for an project , wink wink
damn, im looking at fuel consumption numbers, 10kph is faster than what I thought the average speed in our city was.
Папич бегает на такой скорости и говорит, что это быстро
Brilliant, I liked it 👍
porque la maquina hace tanto ruido?
Thanks needed this for my treadmill to see how fast
if you imply that the video is useless then it's not. People were deliberately looking for it, like I did.
Me too, need to see how fast is 10kph
Same wkwwkqk
same here
@@raggedclawstarcraft6562😊
This video is absolutely brilliant! I wouldn't ever think that those formulas derive solely of ways of writing the definition of velocity and acceleration. Just so you know, around 11:00 - 11:30 you treated (Delta V) as V, and showed a false relation between (Delta S) and (A x Delta T²). V = (Delta V) / 2, and therefore (Delta S) should be equal to (A x Delta T²) / 2. But the video is absolutely incredible anyway, thank you for making it!!!
10 kph is easy
No shit
I did one hour when i was 11
no shit sherlock
..good for u?
How do I keep a upright form on the treadmill?
I’m literally here to see how fast I need to go for Pokémon
Bruh same
Same lmao I want to hatch a 12 km egg
@@jamesharris603 then stop being a puy and go outside and find out
LOL SAME HERE HAHAHA
@@Popcorn22 same lmfap
This is awesome, haha! Totally needed this in 2015!
Lari C better late than never 😄 still waiting for my 75k views 😂
@@markremark hahaha! Gotta make a song or rhyme that'll get you hits and go viral. Or add someone running on a treadmill apparently...
Her knees are at almot 90° at 10 km/h, is this normal? Mine doesnt even get close, i feel that it is too slow of a pace and im wasting energy elevating my legs
Will depend on your stride length which in turn depends on your height.
Super helpful, thank you!!
Is this template available online?
Is this measure joint moment
i guess this is an individual data. what about if you have a group data for two different modes of exercise, and you need to find average ve-vco2 at certain point?
Great video. Can I connect with you? I have a question about your two vo2 max video’s
Hmmm, why is so many dislikes. I like this video
It's so frustrating that can't see dislikes anymore, did this video have a high dislike:like ratio?

hello, how much is the price of the cosmed t150?
Hi Mark, Thanks for the video its good, can you share the document or where I can find it
thanks!
Hi Mark, thank for the video, can you send me the document pls.
Nice. Thanks
Hello My name is Abdul Rahim, a university student specializing in mathematical analysis. I would highly appreciate your reading in this video to use in my final project Please respond as quickly as possible Thank you
Hi Abdul, I'm not quite sure what you're asking for?
Mark Kramer hello again I want the data and the excel file you are the only one who will help me so please send it to this email And I will be gladly to you
Hi Mark, your video is very helpful for a beginner learner such like me. However I still have couple of questions. How to measure the force and angel of P and Q? Thank you for your time to help me
Hi Muchamad, great question! You would need to have forceplates in each starting block, or at least pressure sensors in the shoes to get this kind of information. It can't be "calculated" even if you try to use inverse kinematics. Alternatively, if someone told you the athlete preferred to generate force with about 55% the right leg and 45% the left leg, you could estimate the right/left force production....but that would only be a rough estimate. As I mentioned....the most accurate is to use forceplate...but that is very expensive :) I hope that has helped?
where do I get this spreadsheet?
nice
How to combine drag vs no darg graph of projectile in excel on mac
HI Mark, your video is one of the most usefull to understand, can you share the document please
How do you get the documents?
Still wanted to ask about automatic correction - thanks for the vid! =)
Nandi Joubert hey I figured I'd make it quick instead of sending the document....it should make it easier 😊 working on the vo2max one next.
Already done!
Nice video thank keeplease making mare
Hey Mark, excellent video. Can U share those documents? Thanks!
that is a very good video how the the ball is doing when it is thrown; is it possible to get the fine Excel file?
hello mark,, can you share the docs? where can i found it?
Nice information. Can you share those word´s documents, please? Thanks
ho
Impressive, Mark! Well done.
